There are also right decisions for the maintenance of a locality's quality and substance. We work where community identity, sustainability, and investment opportunity intersect. With fresh eyes and insider knowledge, John and Spencer Zeff saw opportunity in an uncertain economy and launched the Zeff Land Company, ZLC, in 2020. Based out of New York City, ZLC currently focuses on investing in small multifamily properties in emerging local markets. We look for opportunities to use our unique design and real estate perspectives to add competitive value. Our high-quality properties not only meet the needs of our customers but have positive externalities for the surrounding neighborhood.

WE ADD VALUE

At ZLC, we identify projects located in high-growth markets where we know we can add value. The rising cost of homeownership and an overall decline in housing affordability have made rental property investment even more promising. The urban rental market is experiencing a significant recovery following record-breaking rent reduction in 2020. By targeting 2 to 5 unit multifamily buildings in desirable yet improving neighborhoods, ZLC can attract stable tenants to properties with projected high appreciation. A combination of our hands-on approach to acquisition and data-backed evaluation of submarkets enables us to identify properties with tremendous opportunity. Our team's experience in sales, data analytics, and the public and private sectors of the real estate industry enables us to tackle any challenge.
